Terms of Service

In short: you may play Last Charge for personal, non-commercial use if you are 13 or older. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Your progress is saved only on your device. Please don't tamper with the game or its ads. The game is provided as is, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Who we are

Last Charge ("the game") is made by Kausar Studio, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Age

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please make sure a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.

License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, including its characters, artwork, music, sound effects, text and code, remains the property of Kausar Studio and its licensors. These terms do not give you any other rights to it.

Ads

The game is free to play and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Before each general battle, a short notice counts down for 3 seconds and then one full-screen ad may appear. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Ads are shown by Google, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and websites they link to.

No purchases

The game does not offer in-app purchases or paid content. Coins earned in the game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Your progress

Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. We cannot see, restore or transfer them. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, or losing or resetting your device may delete your progress permanently, and we cannot guarantee that it can be recovered.

What you must not do

When using the game, you must not:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• remove or alter any copyright notices or branding in the game;
• interfere with, fake or automate ad views or clicks, or otherwise try to defraud the ad network;
• distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game, or offer it through unofficial sources;
• use the game in any way that breaks the law.

We may end your license if you break these terms.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kausar Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game adds new features. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
