Terms of Service

In short: you may play Kitchen Tempo for personal, non-commercial use. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Your progress is saved only on your device. Please don't tamper with the game or its ads. The game is provided as is, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Who we are

Kitchen Tempo ("the game") is made by Kausar Studio, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Age

The game is made for players of all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please make sure a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms and the Privacy Policy with you.

License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, including its characters, artwork, music, sound effects, voices, text and code, remains the property of Kausar Studio and its licensors. These terms do not give you any other rights to it.

Ads

The game is free to play and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. After finishing level 10 and level 20 of a restaurant, a short notice counts down for 3 seconds and then one full-screen ad may appear; it can be closed as allowed by the ad. The results screen may also offer an optional ad that doubles the coins of that level. Watching it is always your choice, and declining never removes anything you earned. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Ads are selected and shown by Google, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and websites they link to.

Ad rewards

• The extra coins are given only after the whole ad was watched and Google AdMob confirms it. If the ad is closed early, does not load, or is not confirmed, no extra coins are given; the coins you already earned in the level are never affected.
• Ads are not always available (for example without an internet connection, or when Google has no ad to show), so the reward offer may not appear every time.
• Extra coins are virtual items for use only in the game, with no real-world value.

No purchases

The game does not offer in-app purchases or paid content. Coins earned in the game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Your progress

Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. We cannot see, restore or transfer them. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, or losing or resetting your device may delete your progress permanently, and we cannot guarantee that it can be recovered.

What you must not do

When using the game, you must not:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• remove or alter any copyright notices or branding in the game;
• interfere with, fake or automate ad views or clicks, or otherwise try to defraud the ad network;
• distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game, or offer it through unofficial sources;
• use the game in any way that breaks the law.

We may end your license if you break these terms.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kausar Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to the game

We may update the game, for example to add, change or remove restaurants, levels, rewards or ads, to fix problems, or to follow the rules of Google Play and Google AdMob. We may also stop offering the game. We will mention important changes in the update notes when we reasonably can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the game. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game adds new features. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
