In short: the game has no accounts and we (Kausar Studio) do not collect, receive or sell any of your personal data. Your game progress stays on your device. To show ads, the game uses Google AdMob, which collects some device and usage data as described below. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time from the in-game Pause screen.

Information stored by the game on your device

The game saves the following only on your device, so you can continue where you left off:

Game progress: unlocked realms, best waves, crowns earned and the battle in progress between waves.
Settings: the Sound on/off choice and whether the tutorial and tips have been shown.

This information never leaves your device through the game and is not sent to us. If Android's backup feature is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this small save file in your device backup, handled by Google under its own privacy policy. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, deletes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows one full-screen ad per map, during a break after wave 10. Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares with Google the following data:

This data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and is processed by Google, not by us. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences with parental guidance (rating PG). If you are in a region where consent is required, a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform appears when you first open the game, before any ad is requested. You can accept, decline or manage your choices. You can change your decision at any time: open the game, tap Pause, then Privacy options. Your consent choice is stored on your device.

Your choices

Read this policy in the game: tap Pause > Privacy policy; it works offline.
Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings (Privacy > Ads, or Google > Ads, depending on your device).
Personalised ads: where consent applies, use Pause > Privacy options in the game. You can also manage ad settings at My Ad Center.
Play offline: the game is fully playable without an internet connection; no ads are loaded while you are offline.
Delete your data: uninstall the game or clear its storage to remove all data kept on your device. For data held by Google, use Google's tools linked above.

Children

Dusk Bastion is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

We do not keep, sell or share any personal data, because the game does not send personal data to us. The data on your device stays until you uninstall the game or clear its storage. Data collected by Google AdMob is kept, deleted and protected by Google under its policies. The game itself does not use analytics, does not have accounts and does not offer in-app purchases.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of personalised advertising. Because we do not hold your personal data, these requests are handled through the choices above and through Google for advertising data. You are welcome to contact us with any question.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the game adds new features. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the game's update notes.
